Returns & Exchanges

At LloydsPharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new garments aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags still attached back into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid returns label provided in your portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
